Do you ship outside of the UK?
For Dye Hard and Salon account holders, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are a Wholesale account holder placing an order, we can ship outside of the United Kingdom. We will not accept Wholesale account requests that are outside of our shipping range.
Do you ship to and within Ireland?
We ship to and within Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland.
When will out-of-stock products be replenished?
We do our very best to restock items as soon as we can, however, in the meantime we suggest that you subscribe to the Manic Panic UK mailing list and follow our social media platforms as we will make all of our announcements regarding stock availability via these.
How do I qualify for the Mix, Match and Save offer?
The Mix, Match and Save offer that is available on the Manic Panic UK website is for the use of all customers except those using a Salon or Wholesale account. In order to redeem the offer you must have 2 or more Manic Panic High Voltage Classic Colour 118ml pots (including Creamtones) in your basket. If this is all done correctly, you will notice at the checkout that £3 has been removed from the individual price of each pot.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email providing confirmation of shipping and a tracking number for you to use. Depending on the shipping option you chose, you will receive either a Royal Mail or UPS tracking number which can be used on their websites.
My order is marked as delivered but I have not received it.
Sometimes you will find that your parcel has been placed in a ‘safe place’ by your delivery driver. It is also worth checking with any nearby neighbours that your parcel has not been left with them. If you are unable to locate your parcel after this, please get in contact with our Customer Service team at sales@manic-panic.co.uk to inform them of your missing parcel. From there, they can open an investigation with the delivery company.
