Applying Manic Panic on bleached hair provides much better performance from your chosen colour as the hair is a lot more porous making it easier for it to absorb and keep the colour lasting for longer.

It is extremely common to achieve yellow blonde hair when bleaching and lifting it to this level. This canvas can be used for many Manic Panic colours, but due to the yellow tones that may be present throughout your hair; we suggest choosing colours that will work to offset these brassy tones. When it comes to picking your new colour, it is very important to consider your base as many problems can be resolved with the right shade and mix!

A level 8 base colour allows for many shades to appear more vibrant, however, the Manic Panic pastel range will still not be a successful option. Not to fear! Take one of your warmer shades that compliment your yellow tones and add some of the Manic Panic Pastel-izer to create your own custom-mixed pastel shade but with extra pigmentation!
