Here’s how you can apply for your salon account:

Applying for a Manic Panic UK salon account is a super easy process that takes 5 minutes! With all of the correct information, we can take you from a retail customer to a salon customer in no time at all. All we ask is that you complete each mandatory field and include as much information as necessary.

Step 1: Registering For An Account

Firstly you must fill out our general application form. This will include all contact details as well as setting up your new account credentials. 

Towards the bottom of this application form, you will see the option to ‘Apply For A Business Account’ beneath the title Account Upgrades. Click this toggle and select Salon below. Fill out all required fields in as much detail as possible. 

Step 2: Processing Your Application

Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email to the address entered in your application requesting you confirm your email address as well as an email to confirm we have received your application.

Please allow 72 hours for our team to review and accept your application. Once your account application has been determined you will receive an email notifying whether it was successful or not.

If you find that your application has been rejected it could be that our team did not receive enough information about your business. Please feel free to contact customer services regarding your query if you find your application has been rejected.

Step 3: Your New Salon Account

Once your application has been approved, you can sign into your new salon account and shop all of the Manic Panic UK products available to you at salon prices. 

Please ensure you have confirmed your email address before trying to log in.



Here’s how to upgrade from a retail account to a wholesale account:

If you are an existing Manic Panic UK retail account holder but would like to upgrade to a salon account, there’s no need to make a new account with a new email address. Our existing upgrade feature means you only need to fill in the necessary salon information to complete your application. 



Step 1: Account Upgrades

To locate the Account Upgrades option make sure you are logged into your retail account. From there, click the name on the account in the top right-hand corner. This will take you to your account page. 

Here you can view all of your account details for your existing account. In the left-hand menu, click ‘Account Upgrades’. 

Step 2: Upgrading Your Account

On this page, you can submit your salon account request. 

Select the type of account you wish to upgrade to and fill out all of the necessary fields below in as much detail as possible. Once you have completed and submitted your application, you will receive an email address notifying you that we have received it. 

Please allow 72 hours for our team to review and determine the outcome of your application.

Step 3: Your Salon Account

Once your application has been approved by our team, you can log into your new salon account and shop all of the Manic Panic products available to you.
