How do I make a return?

If you wish to return your item/s purchased from Manic Panic UK, you can do so by following this link (https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5521). Here you can create your returns label through Blue Banana, which handles our returns. 

If your purchases are faulty or because of an error made by us, please indicate this by contacting our Customer Service team at sales@manic-panic.co.uk and/or tell us clearly on the order slip that arrived within your package with your items. Any faulty/error-made returns will be returned free of charge. However, returns made due to a change of mind or another reason will be charged £2.75 for delivery charges and deducted from your refund. 

How long will it take for my refund to clear?

Refunds are processed once the returned item/s has arrived at our warehouse. 

Once we have received and reviewed your return, your refund will be processed and should clear within your bank account or form of payment used within 3-5 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays). 

If there are any problems with your return, our customer service team will contact you directly via the email address used for your order. 

I have changed my mind about the colour of the hair dye that I ordered. Can I return it? 

If you have changed your mind about the colour you have ordered, you are more than welcome to return your item/s. Please note all returned items must arrive in their original and unused condition.

Once your item has been received by our warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be processed. Customers take responsibility for the delivery charges of their refund, so £2.75 will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

My purchase has arrived damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange my order? 

If your purchase arrived damaged or faulty, please follow our free returns link (https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/55210) to send your item/s back to us. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange on your order slip within the package and/or contact our Customer Service team at sales@manic-panic.co.uk.

Once we have received your damaged/faulty return, we can process a full refund of your order or send out a replacement for you.
