Multi-award-winning hair salon, Harness & Mane, opened its doors in 2019 and has built up a reputation as one of East London’s favourite hair salons. Passionate about all things colour, the team at Harness & Mane are experts in creating beautiful vivids, dazzling blondes and gorgeous brunettes.

Founded by Creative Director, Gunel Kelly (Winner of Hair Magazine’s ‘The Cut 2022 Colour Expert’ award) has built a reputation as a top all-round Master Hair Stylist and a brilliant colourist, and is an absolute expert with long hair and likes to work with different textures and curls. Her passion is to create bespoke hair colour that compliments the client's skin tone and persona using the latest colour trends. She is regularly invited to present at industry events such as ColourWorld and Salon International.

Gunel has merged her interests in fetish / alternative sub-cultures into Harness & Mane’s inclusive and open-minded ethos and has also led the hair teams for the London Queer Fashion Show (part of London Fashion Week), German Fetish Ball and Torture Garden
