Blue Panther® Semi-Permanent Hair Dye — Manic Panic High Voltage®

An alternative deep blue-black finish for dark hair - with or without bleach.

Manic Panic Blue Panther® is a bold and rich semi-permanent hair dye designed to create a striking blue-black finish on level 5+ hair and create a visible colour payoff. If you plan to use Manic Panic without bleach, the deep and unmistakable shade of this hair dye creates a transformative result on natural dark hair.

How much do I need?

• Short to bob-length hair: 1-2 pots, depending on the thickness of hair.
• Shoulder to waist length hair: 2-3 pots (add extra if hair is thick)
• Waist and below-length hair: 3+ pots, depending on thickness.

For Best Results

Whilst not essential, pre-lightening your hair before application will intensify the colour result. For a more vivid finish, we recommend lifting to at least a level 7 using the Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit; alternatively, apply Blue Panther® to a natural brunette base to deepen the tone and create a blueish tint in certain lights.

Finished results may vary depending on hair type, porosity and the natural base colour.
