DESCRIPTION
Manic Panic Professional Pastel-izer can be used to mix with any Manic Panic professional gel hair dye in order to lighten the colour. You can also use the pastel-izer to lock in moisture and colour, as well as give a finishing condition and shine treatment to professional gel dyed hair.
The Manic Panic Pastel-izer softens the tones of the hair dye colour for a lighter, more delicate shade. The Pastel-izer is compatible with all the colours available from the ProLine range. Mix up a storm and create a plethora of unique looks.
