DESCRIPTION
Manic Panic Virgin Snow Toner is a blue tinted white toner that will help reduce brassy tones in bleached hair. By starting with a neutral white hair colour you will achieve a vibrant true colour when applying bright hair dyes to your hair.
Tish and Snooky’s original hair dye formula; the classic Manic Panic High Voltage hair dye has been colouring the hair of punk and alternative fashion fans since 1977. The bold colours and conditioning formula are unlike any other. Easily achieve a new vibrant colour while keeping your hair in top condition. Save some for later with the re-sealable tub so you can easily freshen up your colour and touch up your roots.
⚡ HOW MANY 118ML POTS WILL I NEED TO COVER MY HAIR? ⚡
✨ Short to bob length hair: 1- 2 pots depending on the thickness of hair.
✨ Shoulder to waist length hair: 2 - 3 pots depending on the thickness of hair. May require an extra pot to complete ends if the hair is thick.
✨ Waist and below length hair: 3 + pots depending on thickness.
Is Manic Panic Virgin Snow A Hair Dye?
Manic Panic Virgin Snow is a toner rather than a colour. It works to remove unwanted pigments left behind after lightening hair and cancels out tones opposite it on the colour wheel. It neutralises unwanted yellow and orange tones to create the end result of white hair. It’s recommended you leave Manic Panic Virgin Snow on for several hours.
The longer you leave it on, the more it will neutralise the opposite colour. Using heat from a hairdryer will make the toner work faster.
Please note: Finished visual results may vary dependent on hair type, porosity and the natural base colour.

Known to last between 4-6 weeks, this range gives you a good amount of time to enjoy your new colour and show it off, before starting to plan for your next colour!
These colours will appear their brightest on pre-lightened hair between a level 7-10 depending on the shade. However, you might find with some of our highly pigmented and deeper shades can produce a muted hue on a darker base colour.
