As much as we adore this pale grey hue, it’s not an easy process getting there. Achieving these extremely light shades requires a very light evenly toned blonde base at a level 10, at least. Pre-lightening your hair is essential and should be done as a slow process to ensure minimal damage. The Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kits are great for reaching that extremely light blonde shade, but it’s best to give yourself a few days between bleach applications to give your hair the time to recoup from its previous application.
