This awesome new feature has made its way to the Manic Panic UK website and we can’t wait to tell you all about why we believe this is such a great option for all of you wild Dye Hards. The subscription is exclusive to the Manic Panic Dye Hard account holders and includes all products from the High Voltage Classic Colour, Amplified Formula and Creamtones Perfect Pastel ranges.

Not only do we believe that this is guaranteed to make hair days even more exciting, but the build-up is looking like a piece of cake too! With all that being said, let's get stuck into what the subscription is all about.

Have you already found your perfect vibrant hair colour and now it’s just a case of ensuring you are well-stocked for your next top-up? With our new subscription feature, you can pre-order your original basket as many times as you like and choose how often you receive them. The freedom of customising your subscription allows you to plan your deliveries to arrive as and when you will require them. Once you have created your subscription and successfully placed your first order, we then do all of the work for you. We will process and dispatch all of your pre-ordered recurrences once the automatic payment has been successfully taken; we will also email you with confirmation of your dispatch to remind you of your delivery. Does it get any easier than that?

So, what is it about the Manic Panic UK subscription that we’re really obsessed with?

 

 

5% off discount - If the promise of a hassle-free process wasn’t enough to catch your attention then we’re sure this might just do it. When you sign up for your subscription, if you choose to receive 2 or more recurrences you will receive 5% off your original order and all of your subsequent orders in the future. This discount will be applied automatically to your final total and a copy of your payment breakdown will be sent to your email address after each payment has been taken.

Pause your subscription - We know our Dye Hard customers, and just like us many of you enjoy changing up your look every now and then. The Manic Panic UK subscription allows you to pre-order the same basket of colours however many times you like, but if you decide you want to try something completely different, it is as easy as pausing or cancelling your original hair dye subscription and creating a new one. By pausing your subscription, we will not take any payment or dispatch your upcoming recurrence but it will still exist and can be resumed via your account.

Cancel at any time - If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can do so via your Manic Panic UK account and no other payments will be taken or dispatches sent. We know that sometimes it can be difficult to commit to a payment every month; we wanted to ensure our subscription method is one that suits and caters to everyone’s needs so there is no harm in cancelling your subscription when needed; we’re always here if you choose to open a new one!

Can my subscription be changed after it is created?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to amend a subscription order and change any of the products within it. In this sort of situation, we would be more than happy to cancel your existing subscription and create a new one with your desired products.

If you would prefer not to cancel your current subscription, you are able to have multiple subscriptions at one time and can pause them at any time. 

How do I receive 5% off my subscription orders? 

When filling out your subscription requirements and details, as long as you have requested 2 or more orders from your subscription, the 5% discount will come off your final total automatically.

My next subscription order is due, however, I never received a confirmation email for my next order and nothing has been delivered. What should I do?

If you believe your next recurrence is due, please contact our customer services team regarding your concern. The team will be able to look further into the situation and rectify any issues with your expected delivery.
