The Toning Duo
All vivid and vibrant tones are best applied to a pre-lightened and toned base; this will produce the most visible and effective result. The Manic Panic hair toner products are known as the Silver Stiletto Shampoo and Conditioner. The violet tone within the formulas of each of these products combats brassiness left in the hair after bleaching and produces an evenly toned base.
